This Semester

This class is so much more interesting than I expected. No offense, but the title really turned me off. I expected it to be a feminist course. But the concept of women's autobiography was nicely worked into the curriculum.
Over the course of the semester, we had four major assignments, a few smaller assignments, and the research journal to keep up with. I don't think that this course load was to much , but I think the way the assignments were spaced out made the class more challenging. I felt like we started off slow and then it seemed like it was overload toward the end.
Also, as you can see, I had a hard time even remebering to do the research journal. It is a neat idea to incorporate blogging because the course deals with new and broad terms for autobiography, though.
I loved that the classroom atmosphere was very laid-back and everyone in the class could get to know each other so well.
